Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your TileTools order and home renovation equipment.
How do I know which tile saw is right for my project?
The right saw depends on the material and size of your tiles. For DIY home projects, a tabletop wet saw is often sufficient. For professional-grade porcelain or natural stone, we recommend our overhead rail saws for maximum precision and cooling.
What is your shipping policy for heavy machinery?
Standard tools ship via ground carriers. Large equipment, such as industrial tile cutters and bridge saws, are shipped via LTL freight. Freight orders include lift-gate service to ensure safe delivery to your residential or job site curb.
Can I return tools if they have been used?
We accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days. For safety and quality assurance, tools that have been used with water or thin-set cannot be returned unless they are found to have a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.
Do your diamond blades fit all brands of saws?
Most of our diamond blades feature a standard 7/8" or 5/8" arbor to fit major brands like DeWalt, Rubi, and MK Diamond. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on the product page to ensure the RPM rating and arbor size match your tool.
Do you offer bulk discounts for contractors?
Yes, TileTools offers a Pro-Rewards program for licensed contractors. This includes tiered pricing on consumables like spacers, grout sponges, and leveling system clips when purchased in bulk quantities.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and Shop Pay. For large equipment purchases, we also offer financing options through Affirm to help manage your project's cash flow.
